SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) — Technology stocks began to shake off their doldrums and post some gains in afternoon trading Thursday, as the sector tried to turn back from the previous session’s losses.Needham & Co. analyst Charlie Wolf initiated his coverage of Apple with a buy rating and $235 price target. Wolf said that Apple is entering the “second chapter” of the company’s growth story, and that more focus will be on its Macintosh PC and iPhone

Rick’s Weather Report: Wind Chill Advisory Issued

The National Weather Service issued a wind chill advisory from 7 p.m. Wednesday to 11 a.m. Thursday for Jefferson and Lewis counties.Temperatures were expected to drop to 10 to 15 degrees below zero Wednesday night.
The NWS forecast that winds out of the northwest will make it feel like it’s 15 to 24 degrees below zero.
A wind chill advisory is issued when strong wind will combine with cold temperatures to create dangerously cold conditions for exposed skin.
If you will be outdoors, dress warmly and avoid prolonged exposure to prevent frostbite and hypothermia.
