It’s dresses like this one that can cause some women to worry about the warmer weather coming our way and how hard the exercises will be to fit into these dresses.

However, fitness expert Jamie Kalk says not to worry.

It’s not all about looking good, but feeling good about yourself.

For the first week, Jamie has you working on your triceps and upper body to get ready for those strapless dresses or even tank tops.

If you don’t have low impact weights, you can use cans of soup or something similar.

These beginner exercises are easy to do wherever you go!
