Whether you’re aiming to fit into that yellow polka dot bikini or taking the walk down the aisle, these exercises will help you feel great and look great!

This week’s focus is on shoulders and deltoids, so grab those cans of soup and lets get started.

These three different exercises, added to last week’s triceps workout will help tone your arms and upper body.
