Video: Wellness Day At Lewis County General Draws Hundreds

With health care costs on the rise, hundreds took advantage of the free screenings available at Lewis County General Hospital on Saturday.

It was the 12th Annual Wellness Day at the hospital.

People could have their cholesterol tested, blood pressure taken, and blood tested.

There were also free prostate screenings and breast exams.

Organizers say the free screenings get people thinking about their health when they otherwise wouldn’t have.

They can also help prevent health problems in the future.
