It’s one school program that has a lot of “sole”.
Kids at Philadelphia Primary School have teamed up with an organization called “Shoes for Africa.”
Since the beginning of the month, students have been bringing in their old sneakers and sandals, which will be sent overseas to children in need.
The program was started by kindergartner Shawna Rutmanis.
The Shoes for Africa drive will continue at Philadelphia Primary until the end of the month.

Shawna is a great young lady, and it is wonderful how caring and generous she is. What an inspiration for adults, and an example for her peers.
