Watertown Man Arrested For Shooting at Neighbor’s House with BB Gun

A Watertown Man in in jail this morning for allegedly shooting at his neighbor’s home with a bb gun.

Watertown police were called to 136 Scio Street shortly after 1:30 a.m. where Stanley Kim resides.

He told officers someone had shot at his home and damaged three windows.

Police later arrested 46-year-old Christopher Vanderwalt, who is facing a felony count of criminal mischief and a misdemeanor charge of reckless endangerment.

Vanderwalt told police he was shooting at birds.

He will be arraigned on the charges in city court later this morning.

No one was hurt in the shooting.
