Teenager Arrested at Heuvelton School for Criminal Sale of Marijuana

Kurtis G. Walrath, 16, was arrested at Heuvelton School for criminal sale of marijuana in the second degree, a class D felony.

It is alleged that Mr. Walrath sold small amounts of marijuana to persons under the age of 18.

Walrath was arraigned in front of Judge Phillips in the Town of Morristown and released to probation supervision with strict curfew.

If convicted, Mr. Walrath could face up to seven years in state prison.
