Carthage Comets Boys Lacrosse Section III Class B Champions

The Carthage Comets avenged an earlier season loss to Jamesville-Dewitt by beating the Red Rams for the Section III Class B Championship 10-6.

Midfielder Robert Grimm had four goals and two assists.

Senior Carthage goalie Kyle Gaebel was outstanding at post, had 16 saves on the night.

The Carthage Comets will face Massena next, which is the Section X champions.
