Watertown Man Arrested On Child Sex Charge

A 26 year old Watertown man has been arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with a child.

State police charged Carlos W. Mansilla of 418 Arsenal Street on one count of first-degree criminal sex act and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.

Mansilla is accused of engaging in oral sexual conduct with a nine year old boy during a period in 1998.

Mansilla was arraigned in Brownville Town Court and released on his own recognizance pending grand jury action.
