Man Sought in Fatal Hit and Run in Lewis Turns Himself In

Royce Beck, 41, of the Town of Ava, was arrested for leaving the scene of an incident without reporting it, which is a felony.

State Police say 54-year-old Debra Royce from Holland Patent, was killed after the accident on Osceola Road in the Town of Lewis.

Investigators say Beck was driving the pickup truck that hit Royce.

Beck is currently being held without bail.
